When you join The Agentic Edge waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. When you use the ATG assistant, your questions and the conversation context needed to answer them are sent to our AI service provider. Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, and request timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

ATG does not save chatbot transcripts. We do not intentionally place chatbot content, email addresses, or other personal content in site analytics or application logs. Please do not submit sensitive information in the assistant.

We use information to answer ATG questions, manage the waitlist, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and send the Agentic Edge announcements, early-access information, and project updates you requested. We are not sending a confirmation or welcome email when you sign up.

We process your email based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Future marketing messages will include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of information associated with your email, subject to applicable law.

We use service providers to host and secure the website, manage the contact list, and operate the assistant, including Resend and OpenAI. OpenAI processes the questions and recent conversation context needed to return an answer. ATG configures assistant requests not to be stored as model responses. Providers may process information under their own contractual, security, and legal obligations. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where these providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We do not keep ATG assistant transcripts. To enforce short-term question limits, we retain pseudonymous one-way identifiers and request counts for the applicable rate-limit windows; these records do not include your questions. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and security of ATG or others, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Agentic Edge waitlist is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
